The 80th Anniversary of D-Day Memorial Service in Biggleswade. Following the short service led by Rev'd Liz Oglesby-Elong, Cllr Woodhead gave a short explanation of the meaning of D-Day which was followed by the laying of wreaths. The service ended with the unveiling of a Memorial Bench by Cyril Richardson RN, the oldest WWII veteran residing in Biggleswade alongside the youngest Sea Cadet.
